Three Bridges Membership Benefits

Membership

Becoming a member of our practice enables us to provide you with continuity of care. If you have a new
medical problem, need help with long-term conditions or preventative screening, we are here to support you.

As part of your initial membership, we offer a thirty-minute consultation, allowing us time to understand your
previous medical history, current medications, and discuss ongoing or potential health concerns. If you have complex
or multiple medical issues, then please let us know and we can book an extended sixty-minute consultation.

This forms the foundation for delivering holistic, patient-focused care.

Our Fees

Our aim is to provide a simple fee structure.
The consultation fee includes a face-to-face discussion with a GP, a thorough examination - as appropriate to your current health
condition - and time for the doctor to complete your medical records, write any referral letters or issue a private prescription.
There will be additional charges for costs relating to external providers for medications
and procedures, such as blood tests, ECGs, and radiological investigations.
Charges for medicals or reports will be advised on an individual case-by-case basis.
Adult Annual Membership £450
(inc initial 30 minute consultation)
Junior Membership U16s
No charge where the parent or legal
guardian is already a practice member.
Normal GP Consultation £115
(up to 30 minutes)
Extended GP Consultation £220
(up to 60 mins for complex/multiple issues)

How to Join

Please call or email the practice.
We will send a questionnaire to be completed and returned, and also kindly ask that you bring a printed summary
of your medical records from your NHS GP, or ensure you have access to the NHS App during your appointment.
